Country Vulnerability

Development Watch UK posted a climate change vulnerability index for 2011 from Maplecroft, a global risks advisory firm.  According to the index countries such as India and Bangladeshi are some of the most vulnerable to climate change.  This is due to thier dependency on agriculture and they extreme poverty levels.  Other high risk countries include many that are 'developing' such as Vietnam and Pakistan.  The index calculates social, economic, and environmental factors.
